SAMOSAS. 85 One of Ani's signature dishes, these delightful samosas are made with a spicy chicken and vegetable filling wrapped in home made pastry with cumin and served with home made Tamarind sauce .

RENDANG - BEEF OR PORK. 130 A spicy traditional curry originating in Indonesia. Succulent pieces of beef or pork are poached in a rich sauce of freshly ground spices, coconut milk and lime leaves.
