DEPOSIT - equal to a 50% of the total charge (other than the service fee) is to be made to confirm the booking within 3 days of confirmation.
FINAL PAYMENT of the balance of the total charge is to be made no less than 30 days prior to the booked dates.
In the event of cancellation the deposit will be forfeited. If cancellation occurs after the final payment all payments made are non refundable unless the villa is re-let. If it is re-let then a refund will be made less the deposit and any shortfall in the rental received from the new booking.
Payments for direct bookings, except for the service fee, are to be paid by bank transfer to our account. The account details will be given on confirmation of booking.
CHECK IN - 2pm. CHECK OUT - 11am. We will endeavour to accommodate any changes that may be requested.
MINIMUM STAY - 2 days.
MAXIMUM NUMBER of people is 8 including children. A fee of Aus$50 applies for any additional person including children.
VILLA RATE INCLUDES BREAKFAST. Ani is a wonderful cook. Lunch and dinner are available on reasonable notice. A menu will be forwarded to you prior to your arrival.
FREE WIFI IS AVAILABLE.
Our staff will endeavour to accommodate any requests you may have. Any purchases made by our staff on your behalf must be paid for on the day of purchase.
Please note that the villa's pool and pond are not fenced. Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Smoking and the lighting of candles in the villa's bedrooms are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition can result in instant termination of the rental.
